Shawarma Press is the brainchild of Sawsan Abublan, our co-founder and CEO and her husband Ehap Sabri. Sawsan and Ehap craved the great taste of authentic Mediterranean and Levantine cuisine, but there were no fast-casual places nearby to satisfy her taste buds — so they started their own!
